Whos in charge of appeals

I play brawlhalla often with friends, and it's quite the competitive game. It's a fighting game that involves light attacks and signature moves. One duo I played with only used their signature moves, and my buddy and I lost to them. The bm'd us in the lobby so I messaged one of them "sigger" which is commonly used within the brawl sphere. The definition of this word is leak, and the literal translation of it within the context given is " one that sigs" sig is short for signature move. Long story short I appealed the ban supplying the definition, yet was denied. Sure it has a similar spelling to a racial slur but by no means does it relate to it. Who ever is in charge of enforcement gets they're kicks off by abusing the little power they have by trying to censor speech. Mind you I was immediately banned upon the report so it's clear the initial review was done by a bot. I'm guessing the second review was also done by a bot as what sensible person would uphold that. With that, what point is there in appealing bans.

It's a permanent ban, and I have zero access to any support. I have tried calling and everything. I don't know who to contact, or why they are even charging me on a permanently banned account. I tried to appeal but they denied it.

Rechargable batteries. Not sure the appeal in play and charge, if you can keep sets of batteries in rotation and keep sets charged at all times, you have unlimited gaming. May get a new set for X1, not sure yet.
