    this cd's problem is that cd's back side has a coatting
    error of round part.the date bought is 2014.04.this problem happened in 2017.02.cd reading error happened in 2017.09i wonder either this coatting problem is only user's fault or cd making fault.would you give me answer?have a good time!

    CD Problem

    Are your discs severely damaged? If not and your discs are are in good condition then it may be your reader.

    Have you tried using canned air and blown out the reader; responsibly?

    The way you type makes me believe you are a younger child. You may ask your mom or dad to spray some canned air to clean it out inside.

    Hello! I have experienced the same issue with a couple of my discs. What I have found out is that your Xbox cannot read severely damaged discs. The problem might reside with your disc and not your console since other disks work. If this problem continues,
