    WHO TO CONTACT? somehow I purchased a bunch of FS2020 without knowing


    I had a really laggy conection. I was trying to redownload FS2020 (premium) I also bought basic FS2020 from steam but they would not refund. So I bought premium from the MSFT store.
    I was updating my profile in the market place and clicked FREE items and it showed me several. I clicked on them to buy and download and I kept clicking and even some like JAPAN said free so I thought they were part of the newupdate.
    I clicked download. (ALL TO FREE) I was careful to make sure as I've spent a lot on FS2020 and extras already this month.

    After I rebooted my router to clean up my connection I checked the downloads and it seemed to be trying to download PAID ADD ONS!?!?! I didn't know what to do to STOP / ABORT - so I just shut down FS2020 and now I don't dare start it up again until those things are removed from my account?

    The last thing I bought intentionally was today - the little ultra light plane for 16.00 and change I think it was. I did want that.
    anything that COSTS after that - I didn't want and not sure how it started sending me Europe airports and things I've never heard of. How do I fix this?

    This is on FS2020 PC PREMIUM as of a few minutes ago.

    only option below is XBOX? no PC of FS2020.

    I purchased and downloaded FS2020. My hard drive failed so I purchased a new, more powerful PC. The download page indicates that I own it but how do I re-download FS2020 to the new computer? The old hard drive is not functionable. Thxs MrK

    Unfortunately no. You would have to get in touch with the person who bought it to see if they still have access to the receipt or if they can contact the retailer they purchased it from to see if they can get the code again somehow.

    that is really wierd then becuse i somehow then played minecraft windows 10 full version without purchasing if this is true

    and btw i looked on my order history from the site i purchased and it says it is for xbox not windows so this is really wierd i played somehow for free for so long.
