Who to call about faulty past enforcement action that was ignored when appealed?

I was banned for 4 days and appealed my case on day one. Nothing happened even though it said “under review” immediately. I did not break any rules. I need the enforcement action to be explained to that I can not break rules again, or I need to be refunded for the 4 days of Xbox Live that was stolen from me due to a fake report being ignored by the system. Who do I call about this? I need to speak directly to a member of the enforcement team so I can know exactly which screenshot was reported. I need the past enforcement history to be wiped if I did nothing wrong. Considering the riskiest picture I took was of my Oblivion character standing with no armor on, I do not think I did anything wrong. I’m just trying to express myself digitally.

Please help me. Thank you for your time, it is very important to me, as important as my own time is to me. I was on vacation and unable to play with my online friends (my only friends) for four days.

I made the post with that HenHD profile because I wasn’t sure if my outlook profile here would get emails to my gmail email, like I needed it to.

You can only submit a case review while a suspension is active.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and submitting a case review is the only way to contact them.
