Who runs the Xbox Quest program? I need your help! It's not working right

I see that you are going around in circles here. I also note that you say you were told to re-post here - I think the best thing to do, would be to TALK to someone at Xbox Support, to see if there is any light they can shed. You can do so, by using this
link, choosing an option in the Account section and requesting a call back. You can also call in too, with the number provided on the page:

If there is no resolution, then I'm afraid you are going to have to be patient for the system to catch up.

lol you just suggested something i've already done TWICE. How long does it take for the system to catch up? It's been over a month......

Also, when you call it's just somebody over in india who can barely speak english. Who just reads from a. book with basic fixes for basic problems . Outside of that they know nothing about Xbox or whatever they have to offer. EVERYBODY ends up saying to
post here eventually. What happened to these forums? I used to post here months ago with a similar issue I have now. Somebody helped me and I got sent my prize a week later. If I could locate my old post I would talk to that guy again. But ever since the downgrade
My old post don't show up under my profile, only the old ones.

 

Why do you guys keep sending me in circles? The "ONLINE AGENTS" who we talk to in customer support don't deal with this issue. It will take them forever to answer this simple question because they simply don't understand. All they do is read from a guide
and suggest basic information that has nothing to do with the issue. After waisting all that time, they will ultimately tell me that posting here(sales & promotion) is were issues with quest are dealt with. You guys tell me it's the rewards group that deals
with this. The reward group sends me right back where I started lol. ENDLESS CIRCLE and still no actual help.

Random mods here popping in and out suggesting the exact same things that don't help/have nothing to do with the issue. it's been over 2 weeks of this run around! Can I speak to anybody who really knows their way around the place?
Can you guys at least bring this person here instead of having us go on adventures just to get a simple issue taken care of? Better yet, why don't
you mention this problem to Microsoft/Xbox for us?

I am truly sorry for the run around you have been going through. But as forum moderators and ambassadors we do not have the tools to send out quest items and such. In this situation you would need to fill out the support form again as currently that
is the only solution thus far.
