Who runs the Xbox Quest program? I need your help! It's not working right

Seriously, don't drop the customer service link that ambassadors always post. Don't give me link to the rules page. They will tell us to post here no matter who we are sent to talk to. Problem here is that NOBODY here seems to know nothing at all about Xbox
quest issues. They never fully answer any real questions about it. People have completed the quest from july - august but no rewards have been sent out. It's September! Where's the rewards? The tracking site is malfunctioning too.



Can you please fix the Quest, send out the Mystery Rewards, and fix the tracker site? Pretty please with a cherry on top!

I need your help..

I actually like skyrim better than new vegas. not as much as 3, but it still a great game. and the glitches are not really any different than the ones you run into in the fallout games. at least in my opinion. just do the main quest. even though I recommend
doing as much side quest as you can before completeing the main quest. like fallout there is plenty of quest to do. im a 78 and still got enough quest i can do, even though i dont get any xp anymore for them. I also like how the perks are set up in skyrim,
compared to new vegas.

 

WHO RUNS THE GAMERTAGS?

Hey there, that is a pretty unfortunate combination of words. You do get a free gamertag change when you first sign up. If you click the 'My Account' at the top right of the page and look at the options down the right there should be one for changing your
gamertag. There is a time limit on it though, but I'm not 100% sure if it's a week or 30 days.

Have you checked the
rules of the quest...

Section 4 states: (this is specific to Sept., but it's the same from February's and March's)

"Special Offer:
If you successfully complete Game Pass Quests and if your Account
is active on 30 September 2018, you will receive one (1) Special Offer.
Special Offer Approximate Retail Value: $5.00 USD (or approximately £3.88 or $6.46 CAD).
Actual value may also vary based on exchange rates at the time when prize is fulfilled.
Special Offer is available while supplies last.
Limit: One (1) Special Offer per person.
Special Offer gifts will be fulfilled directly to Xbox Live accounts through the Message Center.
Sponsor will determine all details of the Special Offer awarded in its sole discretion.
Special Offers will be fulfilled approximately 4 weeks after conclusion of the Promotion Period. "

They don't specify how many special offers are available each month. Some quests I have received the special offer, some I have not.

If you want the list of winners, since I haven't found any posted in the link provided at the end of each of the rules pages, you would have to email winner list request to L: the
Administrator.

Here is a guide you can use and submit a form if you like.
