    Is there anyone here who picked up the original Halo 2 at midnight? It's crazy how time goes by. I can't believe it's been ten years

    actually, I stood in line with my friend chris from 7 until midnight at EB on the evening before release. there were several hundred people there in line at both EB and gamestop at the time. I was 10th in line on that day

    I'd kept away from spoilers so the Flood were completely unexpected for me.

    "Halo 2" is the only game I've ever picked up at midnight.

    Still remember stopping in game just to think to mysyelf... "Wow... that view is stunning".

    What I want to know is who's the jerk who had the nerve to schedule election night on Halo 4's release!?!?!? Absolutely infuriating. I work at the local CBS affiliate so it's all hands on deck that Tuesday night. I do get to pick it up at midnight though
    and don't have to be a work until 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday so I can play quite a bit before but Tuesday night is our group's gaming night and it would be the first time we've all played halo together for quite some time. I'll get home around midnight, right when
    everyone will be going to bed. :(
