    I put an appeal saying I shouldn’t be banned because whilst messaging another user they reported my message which i said “you said i was incest” the grown man had hinted to a child that i was incest by saying I should being breastfed but i got banned for that and denied

    Hi,

    When another user sends you an offensive message via Xbox Live, DO NOT reply to them. There is no need to reply to any offensive message with one of your own. The system has reporting tools and a blocking feature. Which once done, will send the incident to Xbox enforcement and prevent this user from messaging you again.

    Best thing to do is not to react on hate messages but to report the person who is sending them.
    Oh you're absolutely right, like k said I'm not trying to appeal the ban.

    Sounds like someone gained access to the account (presumably the person who stole the console), got it banned, and then appealed the ban and it got rejected.

    Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do as you can only ask for action on an Enforcement that has occurred in the past 12 months

    How do you know it wasn't read? Just because you think your appeal should be successful doesn't mean it will be.

    Your appeal would of been read by a different person than the one who issued your ban/suspension in the first place & both of them have determined that your ban/suspension was warranted so you'll just have to wait it out.
