    who do I talk to when pressing cancel on a payment ended up paying for something I didn't want


    I was looking at Battlefield 1 and then I went to free trial and it told me I needed to buy an EA access account, I pressed cancel on the payment because I'd rather just save for the actual game instead of pay for a not so free trial and play for an hour,
    instead it bought the EA access that I didn't even want

    Why can I not stop payments to xbox?

    Why is xbox not allowing me to cancel payments made to them? It's auto-renewing my account but I don't want it to, however when I try and turn it off, it said an error occoured, and when I go to remove the credit card paying for it, it doesn't even let me
    remove that?

    I want to stop payments to xbox, why am I not allowed to stop paying?

    Can't turn off auto renewal

    its fn annoying trying to turn it off, when i was trying i ended up paying for another month on accident. they make it like that so you have to talk to them because they are lonely.

    im being made to pay for a renewal when i have no money in my account it says to cancel my subscription i must pay....

    But i want to cancel i dont have money to pay for this new month they are charging me for why does it not auto cancel when payment fails? I refuse to pay for it cause im not gonna use it and want to cancel my membership completely

    I cant remove payment details or turn off auto renewal.

    canceling a debit card will not stop an renewal

    i suggest you look up CREDIT

    when you promise to pay you do have to pay unless you cancel and it is upto the business not you how you cancel

    you can decide when to cancel

    the account will go into suspension aftrer 27 days after renewal and failed payments

    i have the same issue i canceled the automatic renewal on the xbox 360 website and they are still taking money from my bank, i am being charged £9.00 a month for zune which i didn't know or agree to. whats the point of canceling on the website if they still
    take the payments. xbox is a joke 100 ways to help pay for any xbox services but no help in canceling the payments. i tried the website is just gives me dead ends.
