    Who do I contact to refund dispute?( already tried refund claim)


    I have been filing claim after claim to get a refund on my xbox game I was charged TWICE for both diffrent prices SAME GAME. Each
    time I was denied my claim even though this was a **** up on Microsoft's billing. I had originally canceled the pre order and re preordered it at a cheaper price. For some reason though I still had to pay for the game twice at two different prices.

    Refunds and contact

    my daughter bought a years live gold subscription for £39.99

    But you continued to also take £7.99 each month off her account which we only realised last week when signing into her account.

    There are 2 x £7.99 payments that need refunding.

    Every contact avenue I’ve tried comes to a dead end.

    I just want an email address to claim this back. I’m fuming.

    Refunds are not given via the forums. You would need to go to
    http://commerce.microsoft.com     to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    If you are not receiving a reply regarding your refund enquiry then I suggest you contact Support directly via call/chat. You can do this by visiting Contact Us | Xbox Support by following the steps that relate to your issue.

    Sadly, waiting on an email can be quite frustrating, and unfortunately, Support can be quite busy when it comes to responding to emails. Therefore, it is best to contact them via the method I suggested.

    I hope this resolves your problem, if not then please reply to this thread to let me know.

    I apologize but just a friendly reminder that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the refund team. There is no direct contact with them, only by submitting a refund request and by replying to their email (refund request confirmation and refund decision).

    If you have already submitted the refund request but was just denied, to help you, I would recommend replying to their email to dispute the decision.
