Raise a ticket and they'll ask for a couple of screenshots. Send them over and they'll manually credit the points.

one today other a week tried reset app factory reset.on sons he got achievement for 5 gold bricks but on quests states zero......on gears pop a week says ive got the achievements but says dont have game but how could i have got achievements.this is not
first time very disappointing

How long have you been waiting for these achievements to unlock?

As sometimes games servers can take up to 72 hours to communicate that data to the Xbox servers to unlock achievements.

It has happened a lot on forza horizon where it unlocked next time I played the game and logged in. Or it could be the game has temporary issues which they will address in maintenance. So sometimes waiting and they will unlock in their own time.
