Who do I contact about a charge being charged on my debit card without my permission

I don’t have an account. My son did this and it’s a couple of charges from Microsoft Xbox. I just need to know how I can go about getting them to stop the recurring charges on my debit card

Can you please go to your Microsoft account by logging in to account.microsoft.com then please check if you can find the same exact amount you are charged for in your card. If you cannot see the charge there, you can use the investigate tool to locate the charge and figure out which account the charge was linked to,

How to investigate:

Please check if your card is listed here, then click on "Investigate" to see if there are any transactions associated with it.

It will display a partially masked email, providing a hint about which account the transaction is linked to.

Do you have access to your son's account? Is it a recurring charge for Xbox game pass subscription?

Well forgive me but im a little mad at the fact that xbox is charging a debit card with no money in the account without my permission, and i cant even remove the debit card. I want to simple remove the fricken thing, I cant even add a gold code i have to
renew my membership because my account has been suspended since a payment went through when there is no money on my debit card

I spoke directly to Microsoft who cannot find this charge despite having my current and prior CC number to verify and my personal information. The only advise they would give is to contact my bank and cancel the card under a "disputed charge". My concern is that I already cancelled a card earlier this year and this charge carried over to my new card (the only charge to do so). Microsoft takes no accountability or shows a desire to help stop these charges. I will, at this point, contact my bank. I will also be contacting my state's attorney general's office, local news media, and every social media platform about the way Microsoft is letting this ongoing fraud continue without interest in closing it out.
