    Who do I complain to about Xbox ignoring the consumer rights act as dlc I bought is broken...


    I bought some dlc on the 27/10/2023 and it wouldn't work so I placed a refund request with Xbox they then auto refused as I had reached my refund limit they didn't tell me any info on how to dispute this so I had to call Customer service as they don't deal with call backs for refunds they escalated and advised me to wait so I did and didn't receive any callback so I called again and spoke to another CS who told me how to do a refund claim another way which was denied again even though consumers right act states if product is faulty through no fault of my own then I am fully entitled to my money back I asked for it to be reconsidered by a supervisor as it was broken and I am legally entitled to my money back again refused so who do I complain to about xboxs blatant disregard for laws

    You're welcome and I sincerely appreciate the response.

    Unfortunately, that is the only option to dispute a refund. There are no other ways to escalate the refund appeal.

    What country are you from? (I'm asking this to perhaps direct you to another avenue to request a refund).

    What makes you believe your DLC is broken?

    What game is the DLC for?

    When you purchase DLC you will be purchasing the license for it. This means you'll be downloading this DLC from the same place everyone else does. If the DLC was broken, it would be broken for everyone, not just you.

    Yes thank you both for helping I've gone down the route of trading standards which will incur more cost for me but I'll have to see if I'm also entitled to bill Xbox for that too
