    Who can I reach out to that is above (Microsoft) customer service?


    So I have been having a problem with my primary Microsoft account recently, so I've been trying to talk with Microsoft's customer support team to see if I can reach a resolution; however, they said that the issue in question is out of their control.

    I really want to resolve my issue because it severely impacting my workflow.

    So my question is: who would be the next highest branch of (Microsoft) authority?

    Does Microsoft have a place where I can submit grievances?

    I would elaborate further on what exactly the issue is, but I don't want this thread to be closed by a moderator right away on the grounds of it "being something that is not within the control of customer service".

    To add to the above comment, when checking your bank account make sure to look for the Microsoft charge. If it is there, I would reach out to the Microsoft Support using the Virtual Agent and type "talk to a person". It will give you the option to speak
    to customer service or request a call back.

    Thanks for the reply, this is helpful to know.

    However, regardless of who's fault it is (developer or Microsoft), Microsoft should be reaching out to their customers regarding these known issues so they're not left scratching their heads wondering what's happening. The game was purchased through the
    Xbox Marketplace, so Microsoft should take responsibility by reaching out to their customers, not the other way around.

    Hi thank you for your reply! I have requested a call from the Microsoft team, unfortunately that’s not the department that I need to speak to about this issue. I need to speak to someone from the Microsoft online safety team. I cannot find any way to get in touch with them and they are not reaching out to me about this issue. I feel lost and frustrated spinning my wheels to get this issue resolved.

    Is there a contact person anywhere that can help customers who have a disabled Microsoft account?!

    I am so terribly disappointed with the customer service that Microsoft is providing.
