    Of course someone changed also the email.

    Eurogamer had an article about it that hackers had stollen some account this month.

    Also to clarify things never used any "cheap" MSP points and pc and other hardware is clean of any malware.

    Small chance to get an admin response and help from support now eh ?

    You're stuck until support reopens. When it does call and ask for an unauthorised access investigation to be opened.
