Who can help my daughter?

For the love of.... Whoever.

Since the Family Account has been withdrawn and any existing accounts have reverted to standard Live accounts all has gone to pot.

My daughters account (which was monitored by myself with family safety prior to the change over) is unable to be signed in to
XBOX LIVE at all.

Apparently I need to sign in my details but when I do it tells me my information is missing a full name or date of birth and refer to
account.live.com but even then it still asks me to sign in my details and AGAIN tells me that there is information missing. It's a loop of idiocy that has
left my daughter upset and myself very annoyed.

Xbox Support sent me here.

Help! Any FPS fans who can answer a survey for my class?

i feel like your survey is just to make a connection between those who play FPS games and being an aggressive driver. do you really believe there is a connection at all? some of the questions i had to be dishonest about because of the way you worded it. for instance, the "speeding up" to ride someone's ass who is in front of you who is driving too slow. in all honesty, if one was simply obeying the law and driving the speed limit, that will happen without a person needing to speed up. i dont speed. but i usually approach the car at the normal speed to let the person know they are driving under the speed limit and holding up the rest of the cars behind me. we have all gotten honks from some asshole behind us, when in fact it is someone in front of us, holding up traffic. not only that, but i use the horn if someone cuts me off or almost causes an accident. not because they "did something i didnt like." what is with your questionnaire?

To better understand, you do not remember (or have) the correct information to fill in the details? Its not accepting your answers?

Is it possible you are answering the questions wrong?

Have you tried the recovery code?

If all else fails you can add a new email address to yours and set her up a new account.
