Who at Microsoft Xbox can you ask to get Gears and Halo hosted in Africa?

Uh, yes? Xbox has been sold in this market since Xbox 360, there is Azure presence here as well, for years now.

I have tried everywhere and have almost given up.

We can't really enjoy Xbox titles like Gears and Halo online, the servers are hosted in Europe, the lag is pretty bad.

I have contacted one of the developers, who said they're only a subsidiary of Microsoft, and that I somehow have to get through to them?

I tried on the official Microsoft Xbox Discord, but an MS moderator just said "no one".

I don't think tweeting will help, as the executives are way too busy to interact with everyone.

It's very hard to get a request like this through to Microsoft, can anyone help on what could possibly be the appropriate steps?

I'm from ZA. It's pretty pathetic given how big the gaming market is. Sometimes I can't even claim the free Xbox 360 titles some months because someone isn't doing their job. I have to go to US region to do so. Which is still pretty useless.

I have both Halo and Gears. I feel somewhat 'not in-sync' with everyone else. Not fair. At all.

Halo and Gears are without question the biggest exclusives xbox owns.That being said,what ever halo does gears will follow.A gears collection you can a get cash loan on that! The question is what or who is the next big franchise?

I used to be able to tell who was host but I can never tell who is host in Halo 4........How does one know who is hosting now?
