There is a Whitelist enabled for Multiplayer pre-release of the game, this is to allow press and certain people access to multiplayer only. Early access results in a ban, contact Microsoft support to remove this ban if you are playing a legal copy of the
game and possibly be added to the Whitelist.

Hi, before concluding an issue on Microsoft's end please try contacting your ISP and ask them to assign you an static IP / change your current IP

Also, whitelist your console in your router settings or if you have a firewall service in your house, whitelist the IP and console MAC address

It might be looking for authorization to link your account. I'm not sure that you can manually add the "approval", there are APIs that the app should be using to ask to access parts of your Microsoft Account and prompt you for that authorization. You
can check what is currently authorized for your account at your Microsoft Account page,
clicking on Privacy at the top, then scrolling down on that page to the part for "Apps and services that can access your data". That page will have a list of apps that are authorized to access your Microsoft account.
