    White update screen comes up then computer freezers


    Hi

    My son has an xbox ones I bought him for Christmas every time he goes on it a white screen comes up with newsoft wear update needed and then freezes and we have to turn in off at the plug. Does any know how to fix this problem please.

    Regarding to your information I assume that you have some issues when you play the Valorant.

    It seems that the main program of the game Valorant is causing the crash. Please check if you have enabled core isolation in

    Windows Security, and try reinstalling Valorant and Vanguard. If the issue persists, it's recommended to seek help from Riot.

    I don't know,i dealt with someone a few years ago who was convinced that putting his xbox in the freezer to keep it cool was a good idea.He was convinced that because it was ice in the freezer then it wasn't water & wouldn't harm the console.Guess what,it
    did.

    I think anyone foolish enough to put their console in a fish tank or freezer or in contact with any liquid deserves it when their console blows up.
