White Screen while iam playing Diablo 4 and windows Freeze

Hello,

My graphics card is on the latest version. I also downgraded it, but the same problem persists.
This issue only occurs with this game; other games work fine.
I tried changing the game settings from high to medium to low, but the problem still exists.
I verified the integrity of the game files, and there are no damaged or missing files.
The temperatures are good.
I haven’t tried overclocking my PC.
I used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) yesterday, and so far, the game is working fine. I hope this fixes it.

I am having the exact same issue. After playing Diablo III and then going to TV, after a few minutes the screen will freeze and the console will restart. Is there a solution to this?

Has this been fixed?

I just got as far as Karma, and originally it'd freeze on the 'press A to skip' on the video screen or freeze on a black screen if I let the video play out.

I've installed to HDD now and I get a white screen freeze now :-(

Any ideas?

I feel theres way to many as there is. They over did it with the program. I been 1 since the very start and by the time I get to respond ASAP 20 others respond. So I dont even bother any more. While iam on the forums I try to help as much as I can.

Also I realy didnt enjoy a big screen popping up on my screen with someone asking something while iam playing a live mp game, that was horrible, so iam happy to continue halping on the forums like I have always done for the last 10 yrs or so.
