White screen when logging in

Basing on the statement you provided above, here are some troubleshooting steps that you may try:



•Clear your console's cache, press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to fully power it off. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console and wait at least 10 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and turn on your console.



•Try signing in to your account on a different console or device to see if the issue persists.



•If the issue persists, try resetting your console to its factory settings. This will erase all data on your console, so be sure to back up any important data before proceeding.

I'm sorry for what you're going through, I understand that the screen goes blank when you try to enter your data to log in, I would like you to try resetting your console, this will help you solve the blank screen.

To carry out this process, please follow the following instructions:

1. You must press the Xbox button and with this you can open the panel.

2. Then select system > system > console > system

3. Once there, you must select the option that establishes Reset console.

4. You must select Restore and keep my games and apps. This is so that you don't lose games or saved games that are already on your console.

Keep in mind that you have to know the account email and password to be able to reset it without presenting any additional inconvenience.
