White screen when I sign in to my account

I'm sorry for what you're going through, I understand that the screen goes blank when you try to enter your data to log in, I would like you to try resetting your console, this will help you solve the blank screen. To carry out this process please follow the following instructions:

1. You must press the Xbox button and with this you can open the panel.
2. Then select system > system > console > system
3. Once there you must select the option that establishes Reset console.
4. You must select Restore and keep my games and apps.
This is so that you don't lose games or saved games that are already on your console.

This is a terrible experience. My son gets one day with his Xbox and now I have spent the better part of my morning trying to get this working. I have reset his password, reset the console and now I have to use an USB key to reset this console again because it wont let me get to settings screen. Obviously this is an issue that has been present for a while because it is all over YouTube and your forums. Why don't you use your Co-Pilot AI to fix this bug instead of putting the responsibility with the users.

Just a brief update, after a hard reset and logging into my son's account again, the white screen has reared its ugly head. I was a huge Microsoft fan. This experience has made me rethink my product choices.

I am able to sign in with my account anywhere else just fine but it still shows the white screen when I go to type on my password and when I changed the internet the same thing happened and I only have 1 account

I can now sign in on my account. I went offline on my Xbox One X. Then went back online.

When I can't sign in, and I have to type my password. The Microsoft screen has a white background. Usually it is black. When I magagma to sign in, it eas black as normal. I hope this helps.
