White screen when I log in to my account

To carry out this process, please follow the following instructions:

1. You must press the Xbox button and with this you can open the panel.

2. Then select system > system > console > system

3. Once there, you must select the option that establishes Reset console.

4. You must select Restore and keep my games and apps. This is so that you don't lose games or saved games that are already on your console.

Which device you are using to play Minecraft?

I have the same issue with my series x with a white screen at my account login. I've tried resetting my console (twice), but the issue remains. I will get logged in with the Xbox app for the initial login after resetting, but subsequent logins are back to a white screen. Is there any other way to fix this issue than a soft reset?
