White screen can't login to my xbox account

I was forced to install the 5047 build, and since then I can't use my Xbox One. Tried to login, but that only gave me a white screen... Performed a reset and now I can't add any accounts...

You made mentioned on the post that you deleted your account and added it back. Also restarted/rebooted your Xbox nothing works but on other Microsoft accounts you manage to log in normally, except my own account keeps getting blocked by a white screen.

Along with Geri M's solution, we've discovered that resetting your console to factory defaults may solve your issue. Below you will find a link to the Xbox support website article related to resetting your console to factory defaults.

Warning: Resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronized with the Xbox network will be lost. Your console syncs with the Xbox network automatically when it’s connected with the service, so if you've been offline for a while, connect to the Xbox service before taking these steps.

Here are the steps to reset your console to factory defaults which are also located in the article above:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
   
3. Select Reset console.
   
4. On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:
   
   • Reset and remove everything. This option resets the console to factory settings. All user data, including accounts, saved games, settings, home Xbox associations, and all games and apps will be deleted. Use this option when selling or gifting the console, or as a last resort in some troubleshooting cases.
     
   • Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It resets the OS and deletes all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps.
     
   • Cancel. To back out of this screen, simply select the Cancel button. No action has been taken at this point. This is a safe exit from this screen.
     

We suggest using the "Reset and Keep my games & apps" option so you don't have to reinstall any games or media you may have installed on your device.

I have the same issue with my series x with a white screen at my account login. I've tried resetting my console (twice), but the issue remains. I will get logged in with the Xbox app for the initial login after resetting, but subsequent logins are back to a white screen. Is there any other way to fix this issue than a soft reset?
