    if by alert you're referring to Xbox status in your console account view, this is normal when Live servers have an error or game-related message.

    Achievements not unlocked correctly

    I also have had this problem with doodle god on my windows phone. I found that by just continually progressing while connected to the internet, and getting another achievement unlocked the previous achievements for my account that wouldn't show up. So my
    advice would be to just continue playing the game as normal but be sure to be connected to the internet while doing so. When you unlock a new achievement that you don't have it should unlock the previous achievements that you already have and they will show
    up on your account than. Hope this helps.

    My Achievements/game history is missing

    there are still a lot of replies which indicate that they have problems unlocking achievements and showing their games list.

    it was probably only a temporary fix.
