    Sorry to hear it. The issue here is with the gamertag. When you change it you need to delete it while running a BC title. Please follow the instructions in this video to get everything running again.

    Nope. Xbox Idea's does not take BC requests. If you place such a request there it will be deleted.

    They don't take BC games requests on the Ideas website. It will be deleted.

    Clearly very few of you understand licenses and how they relate to games.
