    I bought via download

    error in the game.

    1-clean the disc with a soft cloth

    2-restart the console

    The arcade game, The Cave, just gave me a "disc" error.

    I just got a disc error playing this game. Weird. It said "disc error. clean the disc with a soft cloth. restart console." CRAZY! Since it's an arcade game that has no disc right? I did quit the game and relaunched the game, got the same error. So
    I shut off the console and restarted, then launched the game again and still got the same game error. Wondering if anybody else ever got an error like this for an Arcade game? And if so, is there a fix?

    my xbox won't play no CD's it will say unreadable clean with a soft cloth then i put my CD in a different game console it work

    your disc could be dirty. Try cleaning it with a soft cloth. Or your disc maybe scratched. Does your xbox play any other games?
