    Which steps to make before selling an enrolled XBOX One X?


    Do i have to unenroll the console and delete the Insider Apps? An then wait until the "normal" OS is installed again? Would that suffice? And on enrolling my Series X, do i maintain my Delta Ring status or do i have to start from Omega again?

    If that's not the case, I just want to ask, what procedures you tried to fix this inconvenience so far? (In order to avoid providing the same troubleshooting steps)

    I had a friend who was recently enrolled in the Beta and he wasn't in the Xbox Insiders program. We were able to unenroll him by deleting the game and downloading it again.

    If you're an Xbox insider you may have to opt out of the beta via the Xbox Insiders app before uninstalling and reinstalling as others have said before.

    Make sure that no one else that plays on your Xbox is enrolled in the Beta Program through the insiders program as well. Assuming you're using a console.

    I believe you can re-enroll but I don't believe is guaranteed to be in Alpha still.
    If I deregister the Xbox X out of the program, will it also deregister the Xbox One?

    Originally the Xbox One was in Skip-A-Head Alpha. I purchased the Xbox One X, selected registration for Alpha Skip-A-Head, and it was automatically enrolled in the Alpha Skip-A-Head program.

    I got the impression it is tied to the user who not the product. Hopefully someone in the program knows for sure.

    How do I make the Xbox One S part of the Preview Program?

    The app will be in the ready to install section and you'll need to enroll it again which takes time. You will however need to un-enroll your current console if you're going to sell it.

    You'll be able to find more information on what to do on the preview forums
