Which mobile network for 5G gaming?

Hey, I'm trying to find if people have experience with using 5G wireless broadband with Xbox live and if so which network is best compatible??

I'm looking to invest in a portable 5G WiFi contract but want to make sure that's it's a better option than just using my hot-spot on my phone, which only has a moderate success rate! I'm currently with EE but I find that party chat will not work and so have to use the phone app instead to chat!

You're located in United Kingdom? (I say this because if I recall correctly EE has their services in UK)

If your phone already has 5G you can expect a similar experience if you acquire a portable WiFi repeater (because it uses mobile antennas in order to get and share internet)

I've ran a network test which come back fine and a remote features test on the console which is all good too.

I'm currently in work, I'm using 5G mobile network as it's much more stable than local WiFi.

Most people play online with an internet connection either wired or wireless with a router that gets it's internet 'piped in' via Cable, fibre or a form A/DSL.

5G on the other hand is a mobile internet connection. So it will only be of any benefit if you're connected via mobile internet. It's the fifth generation of the mobile or 'cellular network'. If you don't play specifically through 5G, then it won't have
any impact.

If you use Xbox Cloud gaming on your phone while out and about, then sure, 5G will have the best results.

Can you try to play via a hotspot with a 5g mobile network like a phone. Or go to a family members home or a friend to test if this still happens. Just a process of elimination.
If the games run fine on a 5g mobile signal and run fine in another homes isp, then you can conclude its you isp or router.
But if the problem persists then its something to do with the xbox.
