Which button is enter? I type password but key A erases password?

Need help setting up, can't enter password> Which button on controller is ENTER?

Hello Strong,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Could be that you have button mapping set up. You can go to settings>Kinect and devices>devices and accessories>configure>button mapping> under button mapping select restore original.

Scroll to the enter key on the keyboard that is on the screen.

Yeah, it sounds like someone may hve changed your buttons around. Following the instructions posted here should allow you to change it back. You may need to use the phone app if you find you cant use the A button at all.

You can also hit the Menu button after entering in the password which is the small little round button to the right of the big xbox button on the controller.

Trust me, the pass key is correct. I've tried connecting by erasing the network, finding it again, and entering the password more than half a dozen times.
