Whey after being with Xbox live for 14/15 years I haven't received anything for my loyalty :(

I've been with Xbox since it first came out, I've been an online memeber since the first Xbox and I've never received anything for my loyalty, no anniversary rewards no discount and lm wondering why ?

Why haven't I got my rewards points for the last two or three months? I've purchased quite a few games and have not received my rewards for them. The rewards program is broken. You guys wanna reward loyalty then give loyal xbox live members such as myself
14 years on the service. The things we would really like maybe after 5 yrs you get a controller or a game of your choice . Myself after being a loyal die hard xbox live fan and member would love a force feed back wheel for everyone of the forza games i purchased
over the years. But anyway with that being said, i still would like my rewards point for the games i purchased over the last few months thank you.

Xbox Video $6 Credit

I recently received a message on xbox live stating that I had a $6 credit to be used on 12/21/14 and expires on 2/2/15. I had tried to use this credit only I did not receive it on my Microsoft funds or received anything via email. I called xbox support
to ask them where my funds may may have gone. Xbox quoted me to post on these forums and my credit would be in the Microsoft funds via my xbox. So after being a customer of over 10 years im waiting.

There never have been rewards based on tenure.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from
the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

While we had a 5 year anniversary event, there are currently no offers just for tenure within the program.
