    Where and when did you purchase the game? My understanding is that that title was removed from the marketplace some time ago (Forum
    source    ).

    How to download depends on the origin of the purchase.

    Hopefully we'll get to the bottom of this.

    The game was purchased back in 2012 through the Games for Windows Marketplace. I see that they have stopped support for that client, but I would assume that they would still have purchases available to download. It is very saddening to see that they would
    treat loyal customers with such disregard. After hours of searching online, it appears that I am destined to get screwed over, once again. 😔

    It looks like the game has not been patched from GFWL by the devs/publishers.

    I can find no official download for the game and the devs themselves do not list the game anymore.

    You may be able to contact Xbox Support with the transaction number and see if they can do anything.
