wheres my redeemed 3month xbox live at?

What account did you redeem it on? Did you redeem it on the website or the console? If you redeemed it on the website you need to re-download the profile or run a connection test to update the profile on the console.

    Can't change account region

    First and foremost

Do you live in a xbox live region

If not DONT CHANGE your account region

You cannot change it for 3months and if it's not a supported region it will be use less for 3months

If you created the account within 3months you MUST wait till your 3months are up

Unfortunately translate cannot work on that picture
