Where's my subscription?

I understand how you feel. Friendly reminder I don't work for Microsoft, I'm just a gamer just like you. Try this on the console;

- Press the Xbox guide button to open the guide.
- Select Settings > All settings > Account.
- In Account, select Included with this Xbox.

If it isn't there, then I'm afraid only the store would be able to assist with this.

The OP has the Game Pass Ultimate as explained by this in their first post:

"I most certainly do have it seeing as my son is playing with it on the console right now."

The OPs problem is that their PC is not recognising that they have GPU when they try to play a game. It could be simply that they are trying to play at the same time as the son is playing on the console (which it won't allow if they are both trying on the same account) or it could be that the Xbox App is being useless as it often is and simply won't register it.

Well the store is completely uninterested and have advised me to deal with Microsoft. And it now looks like MS couldn't care less either so now it looks like I've paid out a lump of money for something I apparently don't have.

Don't take it the wrong way but if this is how MS treats its paying customers then I won't bother with it from this point forward.
