    I have money missing on my account and I just recently purchased $25.00 downloadable gift card (March 16 ,2017), but it was not added to the $6.38 I had on my account it just disappeared and all I got
    was the $25.00 added and my original balances was gone. I also rent Jason Bourne movie March 16, 2017 and I cannot finish it and I had only 4 hours left on it.

    I've asked at least 17 times where the **** my VIP rewards are from LAST MONTH. I've gotten dozens of wrong answers from morons and money grabbing lazy scumbags. Can someone who can see my account fix this ASAP. I WANT MY MONEY NOW!!!!!

    I have not received my promotional code for Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition. It was $10 gift code and it never came. I was trying to buy an add on for the first time since last year when there was no money in my account which led me to realize that there
    is no money and I never received a code. If I did, then I must have overlooked it. Regardless, I want my $10 since they are rightfully mine.

    He will check all payments and make a refund if you are right ;)

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
    by the 15th of the next month.
