    This is false advertising.

    I spent $80 on the Halo Wars 2 Ultinate Edition so I could play the Halo Wars Definitive Edition. Microsoft advertised we would get our codes "starting December 20th. Well it's almost the 23rd, where's my code that I spent money for?

    It's one thing if this was free but I paid almost triple digits for this. Thanks for nothing, Microsoft.

    Halo Wars: Definitive Edition codes are sent within 7 to 10 days of a pre-order/purchase of Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition and sent to your Xbox Live Messages for redemption. If you've still not seen the message after 10 days, you'll want to create a new
    post here in the Sales & promotions forums for additional help. There is no way to expedite the process of codes being sent. For more information on how the codes are sent, you'll want to take a look at the store page for the details.
