Where's microsoft rewards support.

I did 4 support forms called xbox support and they only tell me that my case is pending. Been a month and a half and still no reply or email verification stating my ticket has been submitted to a rewards team member to look into the issue. Advised you should get an email in 24 hours. So if I do a form for my issue there is nothing to report the issue that were having of evan knowing our issues are going through.

At the bottom of the Microsoft Rewards page accessed via HTTPS://account.microsoft.com you will see contact Microsoft Rewards Support. That is where you need to go to setup a
support request.

go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/ and go to the bottom of the page where you will find a link to Contact Microsoft Rewards Support.

click that link and it will start a support ticket.

It's not possible to redeem Xbox rewards credits for digital cards. That's a Microsoft Rewards thing. The only way to contact their support is by email. So if you've been using phone or chat support, you have not spoken to Microsoft Rewards support. On the
page where you redeemed the cards, you would scroll all the way to the bottom and click the contact support link.

Well Ma'am. I have tried and sorry to say but Microsoft Rewards is not supported in that country where i live.
