Where would you like to see the Mass Effect Series go?

The last two I guess.

Actual exploration. I think they nailed the core combat, equipment, and leveling systems pretty well in ME3 but it sorely lacked any meaningful content outside the main narrative. I miss the Mako.

what i would like to see is a Mass Effect 3 Genesis you know like the Mass Effect 2 Genesis plus Mass Effect 2 content....

 

New to Xbox

It depends on what you like to play, but I would give the Halo series and Mass Effect series a try. Those are the first two that come to mind

 

I'd like one more game as Shepard to clear up that garbage that was the ME3 ending.

 

As long as they make a version for the 360 as well, i don`t mind.

 

I hope they don't make a 360 version. Hanger-ons of the last gen are stifling the potential of the new one.

 

I will be hanging on for as long as possible.

 

I don't really know, I loved Shepard and wouldn't complain to continue playing as him.

Though a completely new story would be cool too as long as it gets me as emotionally involved as the previous ones.

Also some more coop multiplayer would be sweet.

 

I would like to see it flushed down the toilet pan, the franchise is dead, but hey its EA they will milk it just like Craptivision milk COD.

No doubt Mass Effect 4 will be about Zombies conquering the Galaxy next.

 

I'd love to expand upon the Star Trek vibe the original gave me I'm thinking further into the future at least far enough that the ending of ME3 is a distant memory and things are fixed. I'm hoping for a Salarian protagonist scouting planets for the uplift
program but not intending to interfere just yet, but you know crap happens.

 

If I'm forced in to a non-human protagonist, I wouldn't even play the game.

 

A sequel is a difficult proposition. No matter what you think of the quality of the endings in Mass Effect 3, they repercussions they have on the galaxy are hugely different.

Even if you set the in the future of the Mass Effect Universe, you can't just hand-wave away synthesis for example. For a sequel to work properly they'd need to make one of the endings canon.

A prequel with a human star is also 'problematic'. Humanity has been on the galactic stage for far too short a time to fit anything in. The First Contact War for example was something barely considered of interest to the other races.

 

Id like to see the story of the rachni and Krogan wars. There should be a 360 version also, it is now considered a multiplat game I can see it coming out for the other consoles and pc not just only the Xbone.

Remember Splinter Cell: Double Agent? Remember the first Hulk movie? When someone completely drops the ball, it's not uncommon for him to act like his friends just saw him out having a romantic dinner with an ugly chick. "I don't know what you're talking
about. That never happened"

We're not talking about actual events. They can write whatever plot they feel like, because they feel like it. Not to mention, one of the endings had Shepard gasping for air like he just regained consciousness. It would be pretty easy for them to run with
that. Not that I think they will, I just wish they would.
