    Where to get a new distribution ticket when the old doesn't work


    hey support team,

    I wanted to so send you my broken controller and missed to do it in time.

    Now I need a new distribution ticket but I don't know where to get it!

    Should I just start a new repair order?

    When will Microsoft ship xbox one x scopio edition before or after 11/7

    When did I say I lived near to Microsoft or that it "works well for me" whatever that means ?

    The nearest Microsoft distribution centre is about 500 miles from where I live & has nothing at all to do with the op's question

    A lot of people work & the shops are shut when they finish work so ordering online is easier & more convenient.

    When you get older you'll find these things out.

    It's alright for little school kids like you as school finishes before the shops shut.

    Problem with play and charge kit on new console

    Yeah, I tried that. Everything seems to work fine except when it's plugged into the new console.

    Forgot to mention one little detail: the light on the cord (right above where it plugs into the controller) that should be red while charging and green when the battery is full; it doesn't even light up on the new console. That goes for both the new play
    and charge cord and the old one (that definitely still worked on my old console).

    I'm really hoping it's not the console, but that's what my trouble shooting is pointing to. I definitely have the latest software.

    Where did you purchase the Xbox One X console from? If none of the controllers are syncing even when you use a cable, that seems extremely odd. Do the controllers at least work properly when they are plugged in to the console via a wire? If the controllers
    are working on your old Xbox, but not the new one then it doesn't seem like they'd need to be updated either.
