Where to find the free games of the month, after purchasing them?

Hi,

ive "bought" the free games of May, but cant find them anywhere on my xbox one to download them?!

on this site, when chossing the games again, it only states that ive bought them already.

Groove Music free 3 months with purchase of 1 month

I did not receive my 3 months free after purchasing the first month, can you please ensure this is added to my account?

The current profile is not able to play in XBOXLIVE

After purchasing the 9.99 for one month it let him play.....why would the 1 month free trail not let you play games? trail is a trail period, or is it just to use the internet only on the trial period/

They should be listed in your Games and Apps section. They may be either listed in the Queue section or all the way to the right of your games section as "Ready to Install"

Did you check the Ready to Install section that Smwutches listed above as well? If they are not there then perhaps you either added them on a different account or they are fully downloaded already (possible if the console is set to Instant On).

Check your games list as well to see if that's a possibility.

If they are not listed there then head to the Store on the console and select the items to either repurchase or install.
