    Where to direct a report that isn't captured by "Report A Problem"


    Hi,

    I subscribe to the RSS feed of XBox Insiders, which have been talking about audio problems as an ongoing issue for a while.

    Is there any place to submit a more detailed report about this (as manifesting in the normal release OS), that I don't think is captured by the trace capture function on a Series X.

    The problem is B&O Beoplay Portal XBox edition headset being unable (~30% of the time) to connect to the XBox on boot, but connecting immediately on a reboot. It seems to match with the descrition of the problem from the mailing list.

    Never had this problem with the Microsoft headset.

    Additional problems are headset losing connection during audio-heavy sequences in games. Again, rebooting solves it, but the same sequence in the game can trigger the disconnect again.

    The heaset's been replaced, headset firmwares updated, problem persists. The console has been used in a different house (and presumably wifi environment), problem persists.

    Anyone who might know the best place / way to direct this, it'd be appreciated.

    Incorrect/no usage reporting

    Hey so you know I tried what you advised and it sort of worked at first. His reporting did correct itself but then the one for my account started to act up. This isn't a problem because the reporting for my account isn't important. And now his reporting
    has not only started reporting incorrectly again its gotten worse. It now reports over 5 days on single game, single day activity where it was only reporting over 3. And its started on the other accounts although not nearly as bad.

    Hi Cool, I haven't observed recent reports about the issue your reporting. Are you just experiencing the issues with the games your trying or is it occurring on a broader list of games? If you can reproduce this issue, immediately report this issue by using
    the "report a problem" in beta version of the app. The data captured and reported to the developers would be helpful during the investigation.

    Xbox One completely shuts down in instant on mode!

    I have reported the issue to the preview member report a problem but I have not seen any other forums with the same issue. I appreciate the direction.

    Get the message 'The account you're attempting to sign in with is not provisioned for this environment. Your app may not be configured correctly' when trying to log in to Flight Simulator

    I understand. In this case, I recommend you to contact the Xbox Support - Contact Us section, where you can report this problem and check what's the issue. This issue isn't reported on Microsoft/Xbox Support and it probably is a service glitch/bug on the Windows services on your PC.
