Where the f#! $ is xur this week?

Near vanguards on the right

This week 03.10.2014 Xur is located down the stairs where the Vanguard Masters are...he is on the right hand side when you enter the room beside a computer terminal

This week 24/10/14 Xur is located in the main building down by the Guardian Vanguard Masters. He is on the right hand side of the table where they stand up but on the right hand side ledge

Xur is located this week 17/10/14 down the Red Tower side, follow he stairs down but not right down just to the bottom where you'll see a fence in front of you ( you go left to the shipwright ). He is on the right hand side at the bottom of the stairs where
the ships are sitting
