When and how will I receive my Reward?



Once you’ve completed your required purchase(s) for the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed
offer that will prompt you to redeem your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed. Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

Since it has not been 96 hours from your purchase, it is too soon for that purchase to be Rewarded. If you do not see any progress after 96 hours, let us know!

E. Rewards Credits Restrictions

1. Program Limit: The maximum number of Rewards Credits a participant can earn in a Program Year (July 1 to June 30) is 500,000.

Since you were above this amount, you were not earning any Credits after you Credit event in March. Since the program year recently ended, you began earning Credits again.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Regarding your Console Purchase, from the FAQ for that offer:





When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.





Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Since you were promoted to your first star by your purchase in November, you can expect payback to begin occurring for your account. Payback is calculated as a monthly whole and placed as pending in your account midway through the following month, so it
is too early to see your November purchases as payback.
