WHERE THE **** ARE MY CREDITS?

I havent received a deposit i have earned EVER.....not even the recent 250cr survey..my print out states i even had 5600cr deposited on DEC 16TH 2016. So where are they and where are the other points?

Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
that is accurate up to yesterday morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Where did all of my credits go????????? I spent 300 dollars on games to have the points that WERE PENDING on my account and now I see where other gamers in the forums have lost their points as well. Its as if I was never a rewards member........WTH?!?!?!?!?!

Hello IVIr Steele,

Deposits are converted into currency and placed into your Microsoft Account. They are listed as a refund with a negative amount on your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). You actually received
a deposit of 6800 Credits on that date.

Furthermore, we only automatically schedule a deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since your purchases were pre-orders that were not completing any offer, they did not award any Credits.

Credits are deposited into your account by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and
30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

If those credits have been pending since after March 1, they would be scheduled for deposit on March 29.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
