    where my Vip credit for the month of August?


    Hi, I haven't got my ViP credits for the games etc I purchase in August. I should get 10% back as credit for my purchases that i paid for and that have or had release in AUGUST!

    CAN YOU LOOK INTO THIS?

    Made purchases but no update

    Are you looking for credits from a specific offer or just VIP rebates? VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month, so it would be too soon to see credits pending for October purchases.

    VIP credits missing / 15,000 credits missing

    hi, I haven't got my 15,000 rewards credit for watchdogs 2 , I preorder it ... also I didn't get my 10 % VIP credit for the month of November... can you look into this?

    VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for August purchases.

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So if the puchases were made in August, you should see those credits over the next few days. If you made the purchase in September, you should see the credits
    pending in October.
