    I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 digitally though the Xbox Live store on 10/9/16. I have not yet received the codes for the Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection. I contacted customer support on 10/13/16 and was told to "wait 24 hours", I contacted customer support
    again on 10/15/16 and was told to "Wait 7-10 days." On 10/18/16 I contact customer support AGAIN and they tell me to post here...this is ridiculous. I am contacting again now because I either want a refund or I want the Gears of War collection that I could
    have gotten on day one if I had of just bought a physical copy of the game from any local retailer.

    What is your finest multiplayer moment?

    My finest multiplayer moment is probably all the boards I beat on Gears Of War with my brother. I will never forget playing Gears Of War and the excitement that came with it. Gears Of War is easily one of the best games I have ever played on my system.

    Hi bought GOW4 Ultimate editions over a month ago and still have not received any codes!! This is a total joke. It should be immediate!!!!!

    What was the date you first played gears 4?

    I just got informed by Xbox Support that the codes generally get handed out 7-10 days from first play date on gears 4

    im the same, got told different timescales and now the latest i was told is i need to wait 30 days before i contact them again about the codes, shocking

    Wow, 30 days? Still waiting for mine as well, though I'm not sure if codes from nvidia count. Heck I never received the 360 games back from the Gears 1 remaster. Bought and played the game last November and got nothing. I even asked support and was told
    that I did not meet the qualifications (like playing before 2015 ended, despite my profile showing otherwise)

    I completely agree! If you pre-order it it should be sent to you the day it comes out or it should have been included in the package. Last time I pre-order anything.
