    I've had so many issues that no one is addressing at all; therefore what is the escalation method to get these issues addressed? How many times must I complain before something is actually done?

    PLEASE HELP!

    Parent e-mail address no longer exists

    Finally seem to be getting somewhere with this. My issue on the Microsoft support forums ended up getting escalated, and the Global Escalations rep informed me that I am unable to perform validation to access my account.

    Direct quote: "We request that you contact Xbox support and educate them that Microsoft account is unable to perform validation for your account."

    Where should I go from here?

    UPDATE despite being a 24/7 service, despite AUTOMATED system of adding points, despite SPECIFICALLY ESCALATING THE ISSUE, after this issue being up for 3 days AFTER priority escalation - STILL no action!

    At what point does Microsoft start firing people for failing at their jobs? If it were just me, if it were a one off, if the support was only 8hrs/day and in a different timezone, maybe leeway can be given. However this is one of the largest companies on the globe. People would kill for a job with this company, yet microsoft seems to go out of it's way to insult/ignore customers!

    This issue has been happening a minimum of 3yrs at this point - HEADS MUST ROLL - NO MORE EXCUSES
