    Where is the support team? MS Bingo support forum complaints x100s


    MS Bingo has hundreds of complaints about the server being down today, and no one from support has answered anyone yet. How do I (& the others) find someone to look into the situation?

    Absolutely - on why MS bingo is not connecting.

    There are many complaints on users not being able to connect to MS Bingo and play the game. Also many cannot make purchases. This is hard to believe that MS Bingo has reached this state, as they are missing a lot of revenue from the commercials. It should
    not take their excellent Support Staff very long to fix the problem. Should It ???

    Please acknowlege that our concerns are being addressed!

    Hey Microsoft? Has any support person ever been assigned to Bingo? Do any of you MS people ever even look at these posts? Do you ever look at the complaints against Bingo on Xbox? There are serious problems with dropped connections from all over the world.
    Do the servers for Bingo have a crank handle on the side to power them?

    Have the decency to at least respond to the complaints. Maybe if you bring Bill Gates back customer support may be like the old days.

    The ONLY place where you can file a complaint is via your console. The Policy Enforcement Team does NOT read the forums for complaints. There is an accounts suspensions forum where you can inquire about a ban, but not to file a complaint. Support was
    wrong in sending you to the forums to post about the "offender" in question. It's against the forum posting rules to name and shame gamertags.

    So in short. Report via your console, block communications, and move on. MS will investigate the matter and if any rules are broken they will hand out punishments. Also please note it may take a little bit of time for them to get to your complaint as
    I am sure they get thousands of complaints daily.

    There's no place on the forums to file such a report. Support was wrong about posting the complaint on the forums. If you've filed a complaint on him, that's all you need to do and the Enforcement Team will investigate.

    You will need to file a complaint via your console. MS will investigate from there. Those that investigate these matters (Policy Enforcement Team) does not read the forums for complaints, only when they are put in from your console. Also if phone support
    has directed you to the forums that is incorrect information.

    Unfortunately phone support doesn't quite understand how the forums work. The enforcement team doesn't take complaints through the forum. They only post in the suspension forums which is where people can post to find out why they were suspended.

    You would need to file a complaint via the console on the other person in order for the enforcement team to investigation the issue and take action.
