    Hey Rookboom,

    Where did you purchase Quantum Break? In order to qualify for Quantum Break on Windows 10, you would have needed to pre-order through the Xbox Store or redeem a Quantum Break code before April 4th, 2016.

    If you got a code for Quantum Break on Xbox One and redeemed after April 4th, 2016, I'm afraid you do not qualify for this offer.

    When did you purchase/redeem Quantum Break? Since this promotion was for pre-ordering only, if you purchased or redeemed after April 5th 2016, you will not be eligible for Quantum Break for Windows 10. You can check the date over on the Microsoft

    Hey Steve! All of the Quantum Break codes are redeemable on an Xbox One but they are all intended for a PC download of Quantum Break. When you install Quantum Break on the PC do you get an specific error codes or messages?
