WHERE IS THE "PROMOTIONS" FOR THE PEOPLE THAT GOT THE XBOX ONE EARLY

im a little upset because i got a xbox one feb 14 and now there is all these PROMOTIONS in mircosoft's words. That i miss out on like the titanfall free game, i think its great you guys are doing a deal but you are kinda *** some of the people thats been
here for you.... a very unhappy customer

What type of promotion exactly are you looking for? Are you trying to say you want something for free because you bought the console and then a bundle was announced? If so it is very doubtful you will get any type of compensation for buying the console earlier
than others.

 

I still do not understand what sort of problem 24hrs2live (or anyone else should) have everytime with everyone when they refer to problems or if they try remind to Microsoft that there is some loyal customers too. Sometimes some companies forget old customers
when they try win more market, more new customers. They will forget that they have old loyal customers who feels like Microsoft do not appreciate old customers. and they focus only on winning new customers. With strategy like that there is possibility that
they can lose old customers!

So I think instead of attacking these customers, we should appreciate feedback what customers like xxNHALExXHELLxx will give! And saying NOT GOING TO HAPPEN is not nice either! This one is still for Microsoft to decide! And last time Microsoft confirmed
that THEY WILL LISTEN CUSTOMERS! That's why they did U-turn with Xbox One DRM's.

Also I want point out that previously when price dropped very fast, companies like Microsoft and Nintendo offered extra content to previous device owners. So I am not going to rule out that Microsoft will still appreciate loyal customers and will shows his
thanks to customers who supported Microsoft.

If you noticed then Microsoft added to Xbox One Day One console "Day One" achievement. You should think about it. Specially if you know how and who got that achievement. You got achievement only with Xbox Live code. One code per one person. other family
members did not get that achievement. Only one person who redeemed the code got that achievment! It looks like Microsoft have some plans with that achievement in the future! Otherwise it should have been most absurd achievement ever. Anyway these plans
are not officialy confirmed yet by Microsoft. But hopefully they do it soon. Then all loyal Day One customers will see Microsoft did not forget them! And Microsoft still appreciate their contribution to Microsoft success!

The logic behind your statement is laughable at best Edragon. When is an acceptable time frame to offer a price drop? If you go out and buy a car and then 6 months later they drop the price of the car and throw in a subscription to Sirius radio, do you go
on their forums complaining about a price drop?

Its not exactly honest feedback. Its I want something because I feel entitled to it.

 

Do u think they would drop the price if ps4 wasn't beating them in sales??? I didn't think so I don't hear anything about ps4 dropping there price... Its because ps4 almost doubled what Xbox did in sales... And look at the 360 the first price drop what like
a year after not 4 monthes ... I don't think they owe me anything, I just dont think its fair to the loyal customers that have already own an xbox 1... X24hrs2livex u must of got the bundle deal... Since u are so against the people that didnt get a free 65
dollar game of the year... Witch I already bought plus the season pass so my xbox that people can get a xbox for 499 plus tax with titanfall. I paid 499plus tax plus about 59.99 plus tax so yes I think its bs that we shouldn't get something for staying

I understand your frustration with the Titanfall bundle announcement. Sometimes that's the cost of being ahead of the game.

As for the console price drop, the Xbox One still costs the same price with or without Titanfall in the US. If someone goes to the store and has a choice of just a console, or getting a free game with the console, odds are high they'll chose the bundle.

There was a console price decrease recently, but that was in UK. (www.engadget.com/.../xbox-one-uk-price-drop)

In Canada, the PS4 is increasing in price. (community.us.playstation.com/.../43143960)

Again, the console has not dropped in price with the Titanfall release. The console is the same price, but comes with 1 game free. It's no different from the 360 consoles that come with free games in a bundle. The UK price drop, which happened before the
Titanfall release, brought the console pricing closer to the US pricing.

It's been said a number of times, in a number of previous threads in a number of different forums, that's the price of being an early adopter of anything. Deals/bundles always change and prices will eventually go down. To get the best deal on anything one
typically has to wait until the new model comes out, and then purchase the old model.

Actually, I think the price increase on consoles helps make her case quite well. Unless you are advocating that any early adopter in that area now pay Microsoft the price difference between their purchase price and the current price, which I seriously doubt.

I understand the frustration of purchasing something and then seeing a better deal for it later on. We all want to get the most out of our money. But, as has been mentioned previously, this is the price you pay for purchasing something as an early adopter.
I can't say that MS will never give something as compensation, but given the nature of how businesses work, I do not believe it to be likely for this situation.

 

now the xbox 1 dropped to 449.99 and you get a free game... wow i want my money back

I donno I got some nice DLCs for ryse and deadrising after getting it on day one among other day 1 stuff I got

mind you I never paid a cent for the console but that's another story muahaha
